Usage

nitrates like amyl nitrite, isosorbide dinitrate, isosorbide mononitrate, nitroglycerin
nitroprusside
other sildenafil products (Viagra, Caverta, Revatio, etc.)
It also reacts with other medicines like:
certain drugs for high blood pressure
certain drugs for the treatment of HIV infection or AIDS
certain drugs used for fungal or yeast infections, like fluconazole, itraconazole, ketoconazole, and voriconazole
cimetidine
erythromycin
rifampin

This drug does not prevent the spread of HIV or other STDs. It also does not help to prevent pregnancy.

The medicine in rare cases may cause a prolonged and painful erection. Contact your doctor immediately if erection lasts for more than 4 hours as it can lead to permanent sexual disorders like impotence.
